This notice explains how victorcitroen.com ("this site") handles your data. The site is a personal professional portfolio operated by Victor Citroën (Zürich, Switzerland). It is deliberately built to collect as little data as possible.
01Who is responsible
Data controller: Victor Citroën, Zürich, Switzerland. For any privacy request, contact hello@victorcitroen.com.
02What data is processed
This site has no contact forms and no logins. It does not ask you for personal data. Two things may process limited technical data:
| Service | Purpose | Cookies | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vercel Web Analytics | Aggregate, anonymised visit counts and traffic sources. No cross-site tracking. | None (cookieless) | Legitimate interest |
| Google Analytics 4 | Understand how the site is found and used (pages, sources, device type), with IP anonymisation. | Yes | Your consent |
| Google Fonts | Serves the site's typefaces (IBM Plex). Your IP is visible to Google when fonts load. | None | Legitimate interest |
03Cookies & consent
By default this site sets no cookies. Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless and runs without consent. Google Analytics only runs if you click "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner — until then it is blocked via Google Consent Mode (analytics storage denied). Your choice is stored locally in your browser; you can clear it any time via your browser's site-data settings, which will show the banner again.
If you previously accepted and want to opt out, clear this site's data in your browser settings, or decline when the banner reappears. You can also block analytics cookies in your browser.
04Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes standard server request data (e.g. IP address) transiently to deliver the site and for security. See Vercel's privacy documentation for details.
05Your rights
Under the GDPR and the Swiss FADP you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@victorcitroen.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (in Switzerland, the FDPIC).
06Changes
This notice may be updated as the site evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
